JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Seeking a highly qualified and experienced individual to fill the position of Principal. The Principal will be responsible for providing visionary leadership mind-set, overseeing the school's administration, and ensuring the delivery of quality education in line with CBSE guidelines and the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Key Responsibilities:

Educational Leadership:

 Develop and articulate a clear educational vision for the school.

 Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes academic excellence, character development, and holistic growth of the students.

 Implement innovative teaching and learning strategies to enhance student outcomes.

Administration and Operations:

 Manage day-to-day school operations, including staff recruitment, budgeting, and facility management.

 Ensure compliance with CBSE regulations and guidelines.

 Collaborate with the school board and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies that support the school's mission.

Curriculum Development:

 Supervise curriculum planning and development in alignment with CBSE standards.

 Monitor and assess the effectiveness of the curriculum to meet educational goals.

 Promote a well-rounded education that includes co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Staff Development:

 Recruit, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff.

 Provide professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of the school's personnel.

Student Welfare:

 Ensure the well-being and safety of students.

 Implement systems for academic and behavioural support when needed.

 Promote a positive and respectful learning environment.

Parent and Community Engagement:

 Build strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.

 Encourage active participation and support from parents in the education process.

Qualifications and Requirements/Personal Attributes:

 Post Graduate in Physical Sciences/Math/Physics/Chemistry

 B.Ed. Mandatory) -- M.Ed., PhD (Optional) in relevant subject

JOB DESCRIPTION

 Preferably, more than 10 years of senior secondary teaching (CBSE Curriculum) and administrative experience as a Principal or a Vice-Principal for minimum 8 years  Should be from CBSE based school in the work experience No break in the career in the last 5 years Preferably have work experience showing long tenures (3-5 years)

 Awareness about New Education Policy (NEP) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF)

Job Type: Full-time, Regular

Salary (CTC): Non - Residential: 17L PA; Residential: 20 - 24L PA
