Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Center Manager based in Pune. The Center Manager will lead daily operations, manage customer experience, and coordinate activities within the center to ensure smooth functioning. Responsibilities include staff management, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling inquiries, overseeing schedules, and maintaining high-quality service delivery. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a keen understanding of customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills
• Customer service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving abilities
• Understanding of health and wellness concepts, particularly in physical, mental, or spiritual well-being
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and reporting
• Prior experience in managing wellness or fitness centers is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in business, management, or a related field
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Pune
• Adaptability, a positive attitude, and a passion for holistic health and wellness
