Center Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Center Manager to lead our education institute in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in team management, student servicing, and operations.

• Manage and retain teams to achieve business objectives.
• Provide excellent student service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor batch occupancy and coordinate with regional teams for smooth operations.
• Develop and execute product-wise marketing plans to drive business growth.
• Drive marketing and business development to meet revenue targets.
• Handle ATL, BTL, and institutional sales functions to strengthen the company's market presence.
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies for organizational promotion and development, networking with institutions and key decision-makers to generate walk-ins within the branch and promote test prep products & services to generate revenue.
• Establish and maintain the company's presence in target markets, including top schools, colleges, tuition centers, other educational centers, associations, clubs, and industry associations.
• Build relations with various student bodies, including student unions.
