Achieve monthly targets for
leads, admissions, enrolments, batch starts & placements

Execute
local marketing, lead generation, community outreach & referral programs

Build partnerships with

Manage
centre operations, infrastructure, team performance & business growth
.
Monitor
training progress, reduce dropouts, ensure placements & learner satisfaction

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate/Postgraduate with
3–8 years
of experience in
Centre Management, Sales, Operations, Training, Business Development or Education Management
.
Strong track record of achieving
admissions, revenue & placement targets
.
Excellent
communication, leadership, stakeholder management & people management
skills.
Result-oriented, data-driven & passionate about
youth empowerment & skilling
