Role & responsibilities

Operational Management

• Supervise day-to-day functioning of the diagnostic center, including patient registration, billing, and reporting.
• Ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources.
• Handle petty cash, inventory, and procurement of office/medical supplies.

Patient Care & Service Quality

• Maintain high standards of diagnostic accuracy and reliability.
• Ensure timely delivery of test results and patient satisfaction.
• Build credibility and strengthen brand image by offering excellent guest care services.

Staff Supervision & Training

• Manage and mentor diagnostic staff (technicians, radiologists, phlebotomists, receptionists).
• Conduct training sessions to improve service quality and compliance with medical standards.

  Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Monitor patient footfall and create growth strategies based on historical data.
• Support sales and marketing teams to increase center revenue.
• Collaborate with doctors, clinics, nursing homes, and hospitals to expand referrals.

  Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.
• Oversee maintenance and calibration of diagnostic equipment.
• Implement protocols and procedures for diagnostic testing.

  Reporting & Strategy

• Provide statistical inputs on viability of packages/tests.

Preferred candidate profile

• Preferred:

  Degree/Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Medical diploma in ct or mri technology , or related field.

• Alternative:

  MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management for candidates with strong business orientation.
• Clinical knowledge is valued, but management expertise is equally important.
