We are hiring an experienced Centre Manager / Senior Admission Counsellor with a strong background in admissions, counselling, or education sales.
Manage and mentor the telecalling and marketing teams
Drive student admissions through counselling, follow-ups, and campus visits
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets
Participate in seminars, education fairs, school visits, and promotional activities
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, counselling, or education/edtech sales
Proven team-handling experience with target achievement
Strong communication and counselling skills
Willingness to work in a target-driven environment
Fluency in Bengali is mandatory
