Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Operations Manager for an on-site position at our Kozhikode campus. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with policies and standards. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing schedules, streamlining operational workflows, overseeing facilities maintenance, and coordinating departmental efforts to achieve organizational goals. The Operations Manager will also collaborate with leadership teams to develop strategies for operational excellence while ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs and services.

• Expertise in organizational operations, including planning, resource management, and task coordination
• Experience in process optimization, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Proficiency in communication, presentation, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in office and management software tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in operational management, preferably in an educational institute
