The Center Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing various aspects of our training and placement projects. This role will involve mobilization and counseling of candidates, tele-counseling outreach, branding activities, training operations, placement drives, documentation, post-placement support, and hostel administration. This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Detailed description follows:
- Mobilization & Counseling:
- Lead and supervise the mobilization and counseling team, ensuring effective candidate outreach and engagement.
- Develop and implement mobilization strategies to attract and enroll suitable candidates for training programs.
- Conduct counseling sessions to guide candidates on program selection, eligibility criteria, and career opportunities.
- Tele Counseling Outreach & Helpline Management:
- Manage tele-counseling operations and oversee the helpline service to aid and support to candidates.
- Monitor the tele-counseling team's performance, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of queries.
- Analyze data and feedback to improve tele-counseling processes and enhance candidate satisfaction.
- Branding Activities in Catchment Districts:
- Develop and implement branding strategies to enhance the institute's visibility and reputation in catchment districts.
- Plan and execute branding activities, such as workshops, seminars, and promotional events, in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Monitor the impact of branding activities and adjust strategies as needed to increase awareness and enrollment.
- Training Operation:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of training programs in collaboration with trainers and faculty members.
- Monitor training operations to ensure compliance with program objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement based on participant feedback and program outcomes.
- Successful Placement & Interview Drives:
- Coordinate placement drives, including liaising with employers, organizing interview schedules, and managing candidate placements.
- Ensure effective communication with candidates, employers, and placement team members throughout the placement process.
- Monitor placement success rates and implement strategies to improve placement outcomes for candidates.
- Documentation & Post Placement Support:
- Oversee the documentation process, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping of candidate information, training progress, and placement details.
- Provide post-placement support to candidates, addressing any issues or concerns they may have during their employment.
- Collaborate with the post-placement support team to facilitate smooth transitions and career advancement for placed candidates.
- Hostel Administration:
- Supervise the hostel administration team, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for trainees and residents.
- Coordinate hostel facilities, maintenance, and logistics, including accommodation allocation and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Implement policies and procedures to maintain discipline, security, and cleanliness within the hostel premises.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, human resources) or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as a Center Manager or similar role in the training and placement industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of training program management and placement processes.
- Familiarity with counseling techniques and best practices.
