SUMMARY Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Management with a good understanding of the skilling ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong operational and project implementation skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in the skilling sector is desirable but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee multiple projects end-to-end within the skilling ecosystem. Ensure timely and effective implementation of project plans and operational activities. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive project outcomes. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present reports on project status to stakeholders. Travel extensively (up to 10-15 days per month) to project sites and partner locations. Requirements Education Qualification: Graduate, preferably post-graduate, with overall experience of 5-6 years. Good understanding of the skilling ecosystem. Strong skills in operations management and project implementation. Experience: Minimum 5-6 Years of experience in program implementing similar type of program Language Skills: Hindi and English; knowledge of Santhali, Oriya, or Bengali is an advantage. Skills and Competencies: Advance MS Office Skills including power Point, Excel, Word. Strong verbal communication, presentation and networking skills. Proficient in data management, MIS, and report writing. Strong client servicing skills and comfortable interacting with senior management officials of PSUs. Benefits Compensation will be commensurate with experience & last drawn salary. CTC will be up to INR 6 lakhs per annum
