Job Description

Oversee day-to-day operations of the coaching center.
Ensure smooth functioning of classes, scheduling, infrastructure, and logistics.
Coordinate classroom availability, maintenance, and technology needs.
Manage recruitment, training, and performance of faculty and non-teaching staff.
Maintain discipline, coordination, and motivation within the team.
Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
Lead the counseling team to achieve admissions targets.
Plan and implement local marketing strategies (seminars, school visits, flyers, etc.).
Coordinate with digital marketing and social media teams to increase brand visibility.
Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.
Address student concerns, feedback, and academic performance.
Monitor test results, attendance, mentoring sessions, and study material delivery.
Manage center budgeting, expenses, and revenue generation.
Track performance against targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Submit regular reports and updates to head office.
Implement institute policies and ensure compliance across staff and students.
Maintain discipline and a professional learning environment.
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA or Education Management preferred)
7-8 years experience in the education sector or in a leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
