The Centre Head is a senior leadership role with complete ownership of the Centre's performance, including full P&L responsibility. This role is accountable for driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence by designing and executing robust sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, the Centre Head strengthens brand presence, leverages market and customer insights, and ensures Bonito Designs maintains a strong competitive edge while delivering sustainable short- and long-term results.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for the Experience Centre, aligned with market opportunities and short- and long-term business objectives.
- Lead high-impact sales and marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, brand visibility, and revenue growth.
- Oversee and align performance across Sales, Design, Operations, and New Product Development teams to ensure delivery against business plans.
- Champion exceptional customer experience and satisfaction as a key driver of growth and brand differentiation.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams by attracting top talent and fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and values-driven execution.
- Monitor and review centre performance to manage costs, improve operational efficiency, and ensure consistent month-on-month progress against targets.
- Collaborate closely with Bonito's senior leadership to deliver the brand promise in a sustainable and scalable manner.
- Provide strong leadership to enable effective engagement with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prior experience in the Interior Design industry is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business targets and driving sustained growth.
- Strong commercial acumen with sound understanding of pricing, contracts, and negotiations.
- Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to identify problems, explore solutions, and maximize account potential.
- Ability to create and deliver impactful presentations and business development collateral.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across levels.
- Results-driven mindset with consistent achievement of KPIs and business outcomes.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
