Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in our Kochi center. As the Center Head, you will oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and effective coordination between faculties, Admins etc. Your responsibilities will include leading the team, achieving operational goals, maintaining quality training standards, building relationships with students and staff, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and organizational policies. You will also play a critical role in driving enrollment growth and developing strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and stakeholders.
Operational and organizational excellence, including handling resources, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
Proficiency in administrative management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in relevant or management-related fields preferred.
Relevant experience in educational or corporate training institutions is highly desirable.
