Centre Head

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee daily operations of the Diagnostic Centre, Pharmacy and Clinic.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Optimize workflow, resource allocation and patient experience.

Business Development & Marketing

• Drive revenue growth through corporate tie-ups, community outreach and patient engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement campaigns and partnerships.

Team Management

• Lead, mentor and supervise medical and non-medical staff.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure training and development.

Customer & Patient Experience

• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Address escalations and maintain service excellence.

📚 Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in managing Healthcare Centres, Diagnostic Centres or Hospital units.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability in business development and relationship management.
