Center Head

As the Centre Head, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations, driving business growth, maintaining high service standards, and leading a motivated healthcare team. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the daily operations of the Diagnostic Centre, Pharmacy, and Clinic. - Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards. - Optimizing workflow, resource allocation, and patient experience. You will also be responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate tie-ups, community outreach, and patient engagement. Collaborating with the marketing team to implement campaigns and partnerships will be a key aspect of your role. Leading, mentoring, and supervising both medical and non-medical staff will be essential. Conducting performance evaluations, providing training, and ensuring development opportunities for the team will be part of your responsibilities. Your qualifications and experience should include being a Graduate/Postgraduate in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 3-7 years of experience in managing Healthcare Centres, Diagnostic Centres, or Hospital units. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a proven ability in business development and relationship management, are required.
