Job Description

1. ROLE SUMMARY

The Center Head is responsible for the overall management, growth, and smooth functioning of the center. This includes handling academics, operations, admissions, team management, student satisfaction, and revenue targets. The role ensures that the center maintains high standards of education, service delivery, and brand reputation.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Operations & Center Management

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.
  • Maintain centre infrastructure, discipline, safety, and learning environment.
  • Monitor attendance of staff and students.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

B. Admissions & Revenue Growth

  • Drive admissions through counselling, events, tele calling, and walk-ins.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly revenue and enrolment targets.
  • Maintain conversion ratio from leads to admissions.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns and promotional activities.

C. Academic Coordination

  • Ensure classes run as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with trainers/instructors regarding curriculum, delivery, assessments, and student progress.
  • Conduct academic reviews and ensure quality of training.

D. Team Leadership

  • Manage, motivate, and monitor centre staff (counsellors, trainers, tele callers, admin).
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to track performance.
  • Provide training and support to improve team productivity.

E. Student Experience & Support

  • Handle student grievances and ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain high student satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee examinations, certifications, and academic results.

F. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports (admissions, revenue, attendance, expenses).
  • Maintain records related to students, staff, and center operations.
  • Share MIS reports with management on time.

3. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred but not mandatory)

Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and people management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Sales/admission counseling ability
  • Academic and operational handling
  • Problem-solving and decision-making
  • Customer service orientation
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)

4. EXPERIENCE

  • 2–5 years of experience in EdTech, training institutes, education centers, or similar environments.
  • Prior experience in managing a team or handling a center is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
