Center Head

As a visionary Centre Head for VLCC Clinic in Bangalore, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services to clients, enhancing their appearance and well-being while ensuring superior customer satisfaction. With a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a similar field and a Bachelors/ Masters degree in a relevant field, you will lead a high-performance Centre team by recruiting, inducting, and orienting new staff. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leadership and Team Management: - Foster a high-performance culture by recruiting, inducting, and orienting new staff as per SOPs. - Lead and develop the Centre team to enhance performance, service delivery, and service efficacy. - Inform staff about monthly promotional offers and incentives. - Monitor staff attrition and ensure target retention rates. - Identify training needs of staff and ensure compliance with training SOPs. - Sales Excellence: - Solution and make a sale based on individual client requirements. - Set and achieve centre (& self) sales targets to drive revenue growth. - Plan and execute sales events in coordination with Corporate. - Customer Excellence: - Drive customer excellence by ensuring high standards of service and addressing client concerns proactively. - Implement corporate policies and SOPs, conducting audits and reviews for compliance. - Conduct regular client progress monitoring and organize periodic meetings to resolve issues. - Handle client complaints promptly, ensuring resolution within specified timelines. - Operational Excellence: - Monitor and manage administrative, operational, and technical aspects of the Centre for optimal capacity utilization. - Ensure staff uniforms, grooming, cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of the Centre. - Optimize appointment planning and infrastructure utilization for operational efficiency. - Monitor and ensure timely entry of staff roster in Zenoti. - Follow inventory management process and timely entries in Zenoti as per defined guidelines. - Business Profitability: - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial targets for revenue and profit margins. - Regularly analyze financial metrics and take corrective actions to optimize profitability. You will report to Cluster Head / Zonal Head and receive a competitive salary with performance-based incentives, health benefits, & other benefits as per company policy.
