Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Center Head at Scintilla Solar Corporation (Pvt Ltd). The Center Head will oversee the efficient functioning of the center, ensure execution of operational processes, monitor project performance and timelines, and manage a team of staff. Responsibilities include strategizing plans to meet organizational goals, maintaining compliance with company policies, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and reporting on the center's performance metrics regularly.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team, delegate duties effectively, and oversee complex operations.
• Strong project management, strategic planning, and organizational skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and within set timelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the renewable energy sector, particularly solar technology, and its applications; knowledge of relevant regulatory policies is a plus.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; experience in performance monitoring and financial oversight.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Energy Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in using management tools and standard office software.
• Proactive approach with a passion for sustainability and environmental conservation.
