Beginning as a small outlet in 2019, Gabru di Chaap has grown into one of the most-admired premium quick restaurant franchise across 9 cities - Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Surat, Indore and Pune – a testament to our committed pursuit of culinary and service excellence. Key Responsibilities
Catering Operations Management
- Lead end-to-end catering operations for events, corporate orders, bulk food delivery, and institutional partnerships.
- Ensure seamless planning, execution, and delivery of all catering assignments with precision and timeliness.
- Maintain strict adherence to Gabru Di Chaap’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency of taste, hygiene, and quality.
Team & Vendor Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate catering staff and support teams.
- Coordinate with central kitchen teams for smooth production, inventory management, and dispatch for catering orders.
- Manage external vendors (logistics, equipment suppliers, event coordinators) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Menu & Quality Control
- Collaborate with culinary teams to design, customize, and optimize catering menus.
- Maintain rigorous quality checks for food preparation, packaging, portioning, and on-site service.
- Continuously enhance presentation standards to align with Gabru Di Chaap’s premium brand image.
Client Relationship & Business Growth
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, event partners, and high-profile customers.
- Manage negotiations, order closures, and client servicing to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and events to expand catering revenue streams.
Operational Efficiency & Reporting
- Track demand, forecast requirements, and manage inventory for catering operations.
- Create budgets, control costs, and drive profitability for the catering vertical.
- Maintain timely reporting on sales, operations, team performance, and customer feedback.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience:
4–8 years in catering operations, QSR/F&B, hotel banquets, or large-scale food service management.Skills:
Operations leadership, team management, process orientation, vendor coordination, customer service.- Strong palate and understanding of tandoori/Indian cuisine is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with an appetite for competition and growth.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in

, or a related field (preferred). - 4–8 years of hands-on experience in

. - Proven track record of managing
end-to-end catering operations

- Flexibility to travel and oversee catering operations across different locations as required.
