Role overview:

Category Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Acquisition & Onboarding

• Build and execute the strategy to onboard skilled professionals across major Indian cities.
• Identify and partner with culinary institutes, training centers, and recruitment agencies.

• Process Management

• Design and own the partner onboarding funnel from sourcing to activation in Dubai.

• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Liaise with Dubai-based operations and supply teams to understand demand and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Lead Generation and Market Research
• Communication & presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
