Bloomberg , Economic Times , Money Control About the Role We’re looking for a strategic thinker who can blend creativity with data-driven decision-making to drive user acquisition, retention, and campaign effectiveness. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, content, and product innovation, offering a unique opportunity to shape how our shows reach and engage audiences. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with marketing, promotions, and creative teams to test and scale campaigns across diverse audience segments at optimal costs. Show Launch & Performance Monitoring: Partner with content, commissioning, and licensing teams to oversee show launches, experiment pre-launch, and track performance. Product & AI Innovations: Work with product and tech teams on strategic initiatives, including scaling, retention strategies, AI implementations, and exploring new marketing channels. Campaign Analytics & Optimization: Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, identify challenges, and drive data-backed solutions. Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, monitor budget adherence, and align initiatives with broader strategic goals. Who You Are Experienced in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and audience engagement. Comfortable collaborating across teams, from creative to tech, to optimize performance.
