Responsibilities: Lead the charge in upholding the highest standards of content quality and production schedules Maintain exceptional creative standards throughout the production process, transforming visions into captivating realities Collaborate seamlessly with editorial teams to align on business goals and deliverables, ensuring a unified vision Demonstrate proficiency in various software applications used in the production of art Understand, evaluate and use new technologies and advanced software in production process Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., media, communications, creative arts). 2+ years' relevant work experience in art production Proven experience in content creation and team management Prior exposure to art production Creative thinker with a keen understanding of storytelling techniques.
