Job Description

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that maximise revenue,

profitability, and market share. This role involves managing the end-to-end lifecycle of

product categories, including developing , planning, pricing, partnerships, and marketing

efforts. The Category Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales,

marketing, supply chain, and product development.

What Will You Drive

Category Manager

  • Develop and lead category-specific strategies

    in alignment with business goals and emerging market trends
  • Identify growth opportunities

    including new product lines, partnerships, and services
  • Drive revenue and margin growth

    through pricing, promotions, and assortment optimization
  • Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market data

    to make informed decisions
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of products

    —from introduction to phase-out
  • Manage and negotiate vendor/partner relationships

    to build long-term, competitive supply channels
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

    with sales, marketing, product, and tech teams to drive successful launches and campaigns
  • Champion the customer voice through

Who Are We Looking For

  • A

    Master’s degree

    in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience

    in category management, product ownership, or business strategy—preferably in

    automotive, insurance, SaaS, or tech services

  • A solid grasp of

    market dynamics, customer behavior

    , and

    pricing frameworks

  • Demonstrated experience in

    product lifecycle and vendor management

  • Strong

    analytical and data interpretation skills

    —comfortable with Excel, SQL, Tableau, or similar tools
  • Excellent

    negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities

  • A collaborative spirit with proven success working across

    cross-functional teams
