Key Responsibilities:

• Create, upload, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure all product information (title, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and backend attributes) is accurate, SEO-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Regularly update product images, A+ content, and catalog details as per marketplace requirements.
• Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppression, or discrepancies on all marketplaces.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize listings to improve organic ranking and visibility.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, and inventory) for catalog accuracy.
• Track catalog health metrics, including Buy Box, listing quality, and conversion rate.
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to avoid penalties or delisting.
• Assist in uploading deals, promotions, and lightning deals as required.
• Generate reports on catalog performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (commerce, marketing, or related field preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in Amazon catalog management or e-commerce product listings.
• Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central and Excel (bulk uploads, reports).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and marketplace algorithms preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple SKUs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
