Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to join our team. This role involves managing and optimizing product listings across online platforms, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attractive presentation of our wellness product catalogue. The candidate should have strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and familiarity with e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Website, etc.).
• Write accurate, SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and specifications.
• Ensure product images, content, and pricing are uploaded correctly and consistently.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design team for catalog photos, creatives, and promotional banners.
• Regularly audit catalogues to identify and correct errors or gaps in product data.
• Track product performance and suggest improvements for visibility and conversions.
• Handle new product onboarding and maintain SKU-level accuracy.
• Stay updated with platform guidelines, policies, and category trends.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior experience in catalogue management or e-commerce operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and product listing processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for data management.
• Excellent written communication for product descriptions.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic understanding of SEO and keyword optimization is an added advantage.
