The Opportunity: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Catalog Executive to join our e-commerce team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our product listings across various online marketplaces, primarily Amazon and Flipkart, ensuring accurate, compelling, and up-to-date product information. What You'll Do (Main Responsibilities):

• Product Listing & Management:
• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Myntra, Purplle, etc.).
• Ensure all product information, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and specifications, is accurate, compelling, and compliant with marketplace guidelines.
• Manage product variations (e.g., shades, sizes) and ensure proper categorization.
• Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify and correct errors, ensuring data integrity.
• Day-to-Day Operations:
• Monitor product performance, sales, and inventory levels across all platforms.
• Address and resolve listing issues, product suppression, or catalog errors promptly.
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics, product development) to ensure smooth product launches and promotions.
• Stay updated with marketplace policies, algorithm changes, and best practices for listing optimization.
• Content Optimization:
• Work on enhancing product content for better visibility and conversion, including A+ content/Enhanced Brand Content (EBC).
• Implement SEO best practices for product keywords and descriptions.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Generate regular reports on catalog health, listing performance, and competitive analysis.
• Identify opportunities for improving product visibility and sales through catalog optimization.

What We're Looking For (Experience & Skills):

• Experience: 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, specifically in catalog management or product listing on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create clear and concise product content and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in product data and avoid errors.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends related to product performance.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools; familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Proactive & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.90 - ₹35,000.81 per month
