Job Summary:

Hilary Rhoda is seeking a Desktop Administrator for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance. This role involves a wide range of tasks, including provisioning new employee accounts and devices, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing security systems.

Roles And Responsibilities:

Employee Onboarding:

• Create and configure new employee accounts in the organization's email and other systems.
• Provision and distribute laptops and other necessary hardware to new employees.
• Ensure timely and accurate setup of new employee workstations.

IT Support:

• Provide first-level technical support to employees, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve common IT problems, such as network connectivity, software installations, and printer issues.
• Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams or external vendors as needed.

Security Management:

• Monitor and manage the organization's CCTV system, ensuring proper functioning and incident recording.
• Implement and maintain security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and systems.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.

System Maintenance:

• Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including software updates, patch management, and hardware upgrades.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Back up critical data and systems to ensure business continuity.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Create and update user manuals and knowledge base articles to assist employees.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and workstations.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Experience with user account management and provisioning.
• Knowledge of security best practices and incident response procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,937.58 - ₹25,499.43 per month
