Retention Marketing Lead

As a Retention Marketing Lead, you will lead the Retention Marketing team in developing and executing strategies that increase customer loyalty, reduce churn, and drive revenue growth from existing customers. This role will require a combination of data-driven insights, strategic thinking, and creativity to implement personalized marketing programs that enhance customer experience and engagement across multiple touchpoints. Responsibilities: Develop Retention Campaigns: Responsible for strategising, creation, execution, and monitoring of retention marketing campaigns across various channels (email, SMS, push notifications, etc.). Help develop content and messaging for customer communications and loyalty programs. Data Analysis: Gather and analyse data related to customer behaviour, campaign performance, and retention metrics. Prepare basic reports and summaries to support decision-making and strategy adjustments. Customer Engagement: Assist in managing and updating customer databases and segmentation lists. Help coordinate and implement customer engagement initiatives, such as surveys and feedback collection. Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members to understand campaign goals and contribute to brainstorming sessions. Coordinate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure alignment with retention strategies. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. More than 5 years of experience required in Retention Marketing. Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex customer data and derive actionable insights. Expertise in A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and optimization techniques. Knowledge of customer retention metrics such as churn rate, CLV, and retention rate. Prior experience working with D2C/B2C brands will be an added advantage Proficiency in marketing software or CRM tools like Clevertap, Moengage and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.

Proven experience as a Frontend Backend frameworks Experience with a Frontend framework (ReactJS, VueJS, Angular) Experience with a MVC framework ( Django, Rails, Spring, .NET MVC, CakePhP, etc ) Experience with HTML, CSS, Jquery, Javascript Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications Implement responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Develop front-end components ensuring scalability and performance. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while following best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough testing of applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing, to ensure high-quality deliverables. Troubleshoot and debug software issues, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions. Collaborate with team members to continuously improve software development processes and workflows. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks relevant to front-end development. Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.

Social Media Manager

Create and curate engaging content, such as posts, images, videos, and infographics, to drive brand awareness and audience engagement. Monitor and analyse social media performance using analytics tools, and regularly report on key metrics and insights to optimize strategy and achieve KPIs. Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing to consistently improve and innovate our online presence. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, with a strong focus on managing the brand marketplace and successful management of Instagram and YouTube channels. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic growth and engagement. Experience in using social media analytics tools to track performance and derive actionable insights. Strong creativity and ability to think strategically, driving innovative social media campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
