Summary: As a Principal AI Researcher at Coupang, you will leverage AI tools to map and source top Tech Executive Talent in the global market. This role involves developing and executing sourcing strategies for senior leadership positions, identifying candidates, and building talent pools with high-potential individuals to support Coupang's growth in the e-commerce industry. Responsibilities: Partner with tech executive recruiters and hiring managers to create and implement sourcing strategies for identifying future technology leaders at Coupang. Source and approach executive-level candidates independently, converting prospects into candidates for active roles. Develop a deep understanding of the e-commerce and tech industries, with a focus on the APAC region. Build strong relationships with tech executive recruiters and senior business stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum of 8 years of recruitment or business-related experience, with at least 4 years of executive sourcing experience in a results-oriented environment.
