Cash Management Business Analyst

Role Overview

Cash Management Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Gather and document detailed business requirements for cash management processes, including
bank statement matching, cash positioning, liquidity forecasting, and treasury payments
.
Drive
intercompany transactions and reconciliation processes
, ensuring proper settlement, elimination, and reporting across entities.
Act as the bridge between finance, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation of cash management modules.
Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including
requirement workshops, design validation, UAT planning, and test execution support
.
Collaborate with QA/testing teams to develop test scripts, validate results, and resolve defects.
Ensure accounting integrity and proper reconciliation across systems during implementation.
Prepare process documentation, training materials, and support handover to BAU teams post-implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

3–5+ years’ experience
as a Business Analyst, preferably in
cash management or treasury
projects.
Strong functional knowledge of
Oracle Cash Management, Workday Treasury, or FIS
(implementation experience required).
Accounting background
(ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred).
Experience working in
insurance, reinsurance, or banking/financial services
environments.
Proven track record of supporting
testing and reconciliation
activities (UAT, SIT, defect triage), including
intercompany reconciliations
.
Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.

Desired Skills

Experience in
multi-currency, multi-entity cash management environments
.
Familiarity with
regulatory compliance
for cash and treasury operations.
Exposure to process automation or system integration projects.
