Job Description

As a Project Manager, your role involves writing business requirements documents that comprehensively cover user requirements. You will be responsible for planning and executing the required testing, ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases. Additionally, you will undertake functional testing of the delivered functionality to ensure it meets the requirements, documenting issues and managing their resolution as necessary. Expert support during User Acceptance Testing and user training for system implementations, including performing user verification testing when required, will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Write business requirements documents that fully cover user requirements - Plan and execute required testing, ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases - Undertake functional testing of delivered functionality, document issues, and manage to resolution - Provide expert support during User Acceptance Testing - Provide user training and support for system implementations, including user verification testing Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in Indian and International trade finance domain - Hands-on experience in requirements lifecycle management in banking and financial domain - Strong product management skills, including product roadmaps and requirements gathering - Understanding of UX principles and advocacy for a user-centric approach to product design and development - Familiarity with metrics and KPIs related to digital channels, including customer satisfaction and adoption stats As a Project Manager, you will proactively engage, manage, and build strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders. You will take ownership of technology deliveries from high-level requirements through development, testing, and deployment. In addition, you will provide ongoing support to technology teams as required, such as authoring/reviewing test cases, managing change request processes, and maintaining high-quality UAT plans and Issue Trackers to promote visibility within the team and to wider program stakeholders. Your role will also involve identifying risks and issues early, planning mitigating steps, and communicating these to stakeholders in a timely manner. Understanding business requirements for front office platform design and translating them into quality technology solutions will be critical for success in this role.,
