Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Writing business requirements documents that fully and clearly cover the user requirements. - Planning the required testing to ensure traceability between requirements and test cases. - Undertaking functional testing of the delivered functionality to ensure it meets the requirements. Documenting issues and managing them to resolution when necessary. - Providing expert support to the business during User Acceptance Testing. - Providing user training and support for system implementations, including performing user verification testing when required. Furthermore, you will pro-actively engage, manage, and build strong relationships with both business and technology stakeholders. You will take ownership of technology deliveries from high-level requirements through development, testing, and deployment. Your role will also involve providing ongoing support to the technology teams as required, such as authoring/reviewing test cases, managing the change request process, and maintaining high-quality UAT plans and Issue Trackers. It is essential that you identify risks and issues early, plan mitigating steps, and communicate these to stakeholders in a timely manner. Additionally, you should understand business requirements for front office platform design and translate them into quality technology solutions. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience in Indian and International trade finance domain. - Experience working with business users to capture, analyze, and prioritize business requirements in harmony with existing Straight2Bank NextGen cash functionalities. - Hands-on experience in requirements life cycle management in the banking and financial domain, managing requirements from inception to implementation across multiple system interfaces. - Strong product management skills, including product roadmaps and requirements gathering. - Understanding of UX principles and the ability to advocate for a user-centric approach to product design and development. - Familiarity with metrics and KPIs related to digital channels, including customer satisfaction and adoption stats.,
