WHERE DOES THIS ROLE FIT IN THE BIG PICTURE?

Reporting to the Program Managers, this role is at the forefront of employer engagement and student outcomes. It anchors on-the-ground implementation, co-creating a fairer, faster job ecosystem with industry. 


WHAT WOULD YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:


Implement programs that support economic independence of young people


Innovate to help young people achieve economic independence at a greater scale and pace

• Identify and test new career pathways—ethical gig work, apprenticeships, future-ready jobs.


Test your approaches to assess the most efficient methods of achieving impact


Who we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and mission-driven professional who brings:


• 1-3 years of experience in employer engagement, talent acquisition, career services, or youth employability programs.

• Prior work in the social impact or education sectors is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills — able to engage confidently with employers, educational institutions, and young people.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

• Analytical mindset — comfortable tracking data, drawing insights, and adapting strategies.

• Project management abilities — can plan, coordinate, and deliver multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Passionate about youth development and committed to advancing economic opportunities for young people.

• Entrepreneurial and solutions-driven — excited to test innovations and improve outcomes.

• Adaptable and collaborative — thrives in dynamic environments and works well across teams.

• Fluency in Hindi and English.

• Willingness to travel regularly to program locations and employer sites.

• Comfortable with digital tools for tracking, communication, and reporting.
