Job Description

You will be joining Zoris Boutique Hotels in Bhubaneshwar as a Captain, overseeing dining and service operations to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service standards. Your responsibilities will include supervising staff, addressing customer concerns, coordinating with the kitchen team, and ensuring smooth operations of the restaurant and bar areas. To excel in this role, you should have experience in hospitality management, restaurant operations, and customer service. Strong leadership, team management, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are essential. Your role will require you to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous experience as a Captain or in a similar role in the hospitality industry will be advantageous. Additionally, knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, along with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, is preferred for this full-time on-site position at Zoris Boutique Hotels.,
