Senior Resource Planner / Capacity Planner

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update

  capacity and resource plans

  aligned with business demand.
• Perform

  forecasting and utilization analysis

  to identify staffing gaps or surpluses.
• Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to balance workload distribution.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide

  data-driven insights

  for leadership decision-making.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend improvements in workforce efficiency.
• Work on tools such as

  IEX, Verint, or other WFM/capacity planning tools

  for scheduling and forecasting.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–8 years

  of hands-on experience in

  capacity planning, resource management/ Resource planning, or workforce planning.

• Strong understanding of

  forecasting methodologies, staffing models, and scheduling techniques.

• Experience with

  WFM tools

  like

  IEX, Verint, or similar

  platforms.
• Excellent

  analytical, Excel, and reporting

  skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities with cross-functional teams.
