At Springboard we are expanding our portfolio of reskilling and upskilling programs in Allied Health and Tech, through consumer and partnership offerings. As we scale, our learning ecosystem must evolve quickly — especially our central learning platform, Canvas.
We are looking for a highly skilled, solution-oriented LMS Administrator with deep experience managing Canvas in a complex, fast-moving environment. This role blends platform expertise, operational excellence, systems thinking, and creative problem-solving to ensure Springboard’s learning experiences run smoothly and can be rapidly adapted for new programs, enterprise /channel partner requirements (e.g., Amazon Career Choice), and instructional models.
If you’re a proactive, detail-oriented technical operator who is a Canvas subject matter expert, thrives in ambiguous environments, and can build systems that “just work,” this role offers the chance to shape the backbone of Springboard’s learning experience.
To be successful, you should have strong technical skills, excellent troubleshooting instincts, and a customer-centric mindset. You’ll collaborate daily with cross-functional teams — Learning Experience, Product, Engineering, Program Operations, and external partners.
