Campus Program Lead

We are seeking a Campus Program Lead for student enrollment at our Patiala location. As the Campus Program Lead, you will be responsible for various aspects of student recruitment, engagement, and enrollment. Your responsibilities will include: Lead Generation and Acquisition: - Develop and implement strategies to attract potential students through campus outreach, events, and online marketing efforts. Student Engagement: - Manage interactions with prospective students by conducting tours, information sessions, and maintaining follow-up communications. Application and Enrollment: - Oversee the application process to ensure accurate and timely processing of applications. Team Leadership: - Recruit, train, and supervise a team of enrollment specialists to ensure they meet performance targets. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Monitor enrollment data, identify trends, and generate reports on key performance indicators. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Education, Marketing, or Business. - Experience in enrollment management, admissions, or student recruitment within the BFSI or Education sector. - Demonstrated strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Desired Skills: - Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively to achieve enrollment goals. - Effective communication with prospective students, parents, and staff. - Efficiently manage multiple tasks and deadlines. - Proficiency in using enrollment software and customized CRM systems. - Local candidate from the Patiala location willing to travel pan India. - Must have own conveyance and a laptop meeting the necessary configuration requirements.
