We are looking for Campus Program Lead Student enrolment for Patiala Location Below is the Job Description Responsibilities: Lead Generation and Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to attract potential students, including Campus outreach, events, and online marketing. Student Engagement: Manage interactions with prospective students, including tours, information sessions, and follow-up communications. Application and Enrollment: Oversee the application process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of applications. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of enrollment specialists, ensuring they meet performance targets. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor enrollment data, identify trends, and provide reports on key performance indicators. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Education, Marketing, or Business. Experience in enrollment management, admissions, or student recruitment for BFSI or Education Sector Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Should Have: Motivate and manage a team to achieve enrollment goals. Communicate effectively with prospective students, parents, and staff. Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Proficient in using enrollment software and Customize CRM systems.
