What You'll Do: Develop and execute strategic marketing plans focused on university partnerships and B2B segments (TPOs, Colleges, Institutions). Lead initiatives to strengthen NxtWave's employer brand through high-impact content, on-ground events, campus activations, and compelling case studies. Own end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including channel planning, vendor coordination, and budget management. Analyze performance data, track key metrics (engagement, leads, conversions), and optimize campaigns for better ROI and impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Talent Acquisition, Product, and Design to align messaging, branding, and campaign strategy. Build and manage strong relationships with institutional stakeholders, driving long-term campus partnerships.
