Job Responsibilities:

• Advice the clients on various marketing and communication activities to increase marketing ROIs.

• Plan and execute campaigns for clients through Email, SMS, App & Web push, social media, AdWords, etc.

• Expertise in creating segments from platform and assign that segment (Target audience) for the particular campaign.

• Responsible to track the performance of the campaigns, perform analysis and prepare response and impact report.

• Create, test and track the performance of Campaigns.

• Recommend Campaign Optimization through extensive analysis of mid-campaign and post campaign.

• Work closely with customers as well as other members of the Customer Support team.

• Execute daily customer support operations including responding to questions and following up on reported issues.

• Prepare proposals and presentations to clearly articulate client program details to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are on-board on the tasks of the marketing program.

• Responsible for measuring ROI and KPI of the campaign.


Education & Skills Required:

• Graduate/Postgraduate

• 1- 2 years’ experience in campaign execution

• Good in creating segments in tools.

• Good knowledge of A/B testing

• Create, test and track the performance of Campaigns.

• Recommend Campaign Optimization through extensive analysis of mid-campaign and post campaign

• Basic knowledge of Digital marketing, MS office, SQL

• Attention to detail.

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Team Player and Accountability

• Creative at solving issues and ability to make independent decisions.

• Excellent communication in English (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.

• Certification in Google AdWords, Facebook marketing preferred.

• Ability to plan, organize, coordinate and multitask.

• Good analytics and data inference skills

• Prior experience of using marketing automation tools like Marketo, Adobe Campaign Manager, Salesforce marketing cloud, Web Engage, Clever tap, or similar.
