Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager who brings not just executional rigor, but strategic leadership to the table. This role demands someone who has handled heavy ad budgets, driven high-impact results across multiple brands, and led end-to-end campaign strategies with a sharp focus on performance, brand growth, and ROI.

Only candidates with a strong e-commerce background will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, performance, events, and other platforms to drive visibility, traffic, and conversion.
  • Define campaign goals, KPIs, and success metrics with precision, keeping performance and brand equity in sharp focus.
  • Take ownership of large-scale budgets, ensuring each spend is backed by strategic foresight and is optimized for maximum impact.
  • Lead campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring strategic alignment and distinct brand voice across each.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, product, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless execution.
  • Continuously monitor, measure, and optimize campaigns using robust analytics – translating data into insights and insights into actions.
  • Track market trends and competitor movements to inform campaign pivots and ensure positioning advantage.
  • Present performance reports, campaign insights, and growth recommendations directly to leadership and other senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in high-performance campaign management (e-commerce sector experience is a must).
  • Demonstrated success in handling substantial ad budgets, strategic planning, and multi-brand campaign ownership.
  • Strong analytical mindset with hands-on expertise in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other attribution tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
  • Sharp communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams and drive execution.
  • Agility in working across multiple campaigns without compromising quality, timelines, or outcomes.
  • Results-driven, performance-oriented, and comfortable taking strategic risks backed by data.
