Job Title: Team Lead – Call Center (Sales and Marketing)

AirDesk Solutions is expanding and seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide our Call Center Sales and Marketing team. We are looking for someone who brings steady leadership, strong judgment, and a well-rounded professional background.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, support, and mentor a team of telecallers and sales executives

• Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets are achieved

• Monitor calls, performance metrics, and team productivity

• Deliver training, feedback, and process improvements

• Work closely with management to streamline and professionalize operations

• Maintain team discipline, motivation, and high standards

• Prepare performance reports and share insights for continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Team Lead in sales or call center operations

• Someone who brings leadership maturity and strong decision-making skills

• Strong communication, coaching, and team management abilities

• Capacity to handle night-shift operations smoothly

• Ownership mentality, reliability, and a structured work approach

(We are especially interested in candidates who have reached a stage in their career where they can provide calm direction, clear guidance, and steady leadership.)

Compensation

• Budget will be decided based on experience

• Up to ₹35,000 depending on expertise and fit

Timings: 5:30 PM - 2AM
