Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day activities of call centre executives handling emergency calls.

2. Ensure accurate call handling, information capture, and timely ambulance dispatch.

3. Guide, coach, and support agents during critical calls and escalations.

4. Monitor attendance, shift adherence, and individual performance metrics.

5. Ensure compliance with SOPs, scripts, and emergency response protocols.

6. Report shift performance, issues, and improvements to the Call Centre Head.
