Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Centre Executive at our office located in Saket. The Call Centre Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by handling inquiries, addressing customer complaints, and assisting with sales-related queries. Responsibilities include managing customer communication via calls and written mediums, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience while upholding the brand’s image. Qualifications Proficient in Customer Support and Customer Service, with the ability to handle inquiries efficiently and resolve concerns effectively. Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all customer interactions. Experience with Contact Centers, including familiarity with tools, systems, and workflows used in call center environments. Knowledge of Sales processes and techniques, with the ability to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Multitasking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience in a customer-facing role preferred; experience in the fashion and retail industry is a plus.
