Role Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, coordinate with customers, dealers, and internal teams, and support sales and enquiry management. The role requires clear communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to customers, dealers, and leads
• Handle product enquiries related to TSL Steel offerings
• Share accurate information about products, pricing, and availability
• Maintain call records, follow-ups, and lead data
• Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth communication
• Ensure professional and courteous interaction with all callers

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of CRM or call tracking systems preferred
• Ability to handle customer queries confidently and patiently
• Organised, disciplined, and target-oriented approach
