Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent located in Jaipur. The Call Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. Key tasks include answering calls, following up with clients, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and supporting customers in understanding financial products offered by ELEFIN MONEY.

• Proficiency in multitasking and handling multiple calls or requests
• Familiarity with financial products or previous experience in a financial services role is an advantage
