Position Summary

The CalAIM Training Leader is responsible for overseeing Titanium Healthcare’s training programs that support the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) initiatives under CalAIM. This role ensures that staff receive high-quality training aligned with compliance, performance, and member-centered care standards. The Training Leader builds strong relationships with staff and leaders, develops and delivers training content, and drives continuous improvement across education and quality.WHERE YOU’LL WORKThis position is remote. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the design, coordination, and delivery of new hire orientation and ongoing training for ECM and CS staff
  • Analyze organizational training needs, recommend solutions, and implement effective programs
  • Develop training manuals, guides, process maps, and learning aids to support staff development
  • Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions with engaging and effective instructional methods
  • Partner with leadership to align training with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and quality goals
  • Provide follow-up coaching, remediation, and support for staff development
  • Measure and report on training effectiveness using evaluation tools and metrics
  • Participate in Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and incorporate findings into staff education
  • Coordinate with external vendors to support specialized training delivery
  • Prepare training reports and recommendations for leadership
  • Co-lead training curriculum development and maintain a continuous improvement approach
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of staff education and program quality

Who You Are

  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems for course creation, assignment, and tracking
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and ability to create reports, presentations, and training materials
  • Ability to develop and edit content using virtual learning tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage and present to large groups in virtual and in-person settings
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to identify problems, analyze solutions, and implement effective improvements
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills, with the ability to engage large groups
  • Proficiency in developing and organizing training materials, reports, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse participants
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Consistently operate a computer and standard office equipment such as a telephone, calculator, copy machine, and printer
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working on a computer or conducting virtual training sessions
  • Ability to speak clearly, maintain professional presence on camera, and manage virtual training platforms for extended periods
  • Occasionally required to move or carry training materials and office equipment weighing up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to travel occasionally for in-person training sessions, meetings, or organizational needs

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare experience
  • Previous experience delivering training in a professional setting

  • Background in instructional design or adult learning methodologies
  • Experience with process mapping and workflow improvement
