Position Summary The CalAIM Training Leader is responsible for overseeing Titanium Healthcare’s training programs that support the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) initiatives under CalAIM. This role ensures that staff receive high-quality training aligned with compliance, performance, and member-centered care standards. The Training Leader builds strong relationships with staff and leaders, develops and delivers training content, and drives continuous improvement across education and quality. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position is remote. Standard business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
