### *🎯 Job Purpose:* To oversee the daily operations of the Mi CHAIWALA café, ensuring excellent customer service, team productivity, quality control, and profitability. The Store Manager is responsible for maintaining brand standards, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring smooth functioning of the café. ### *🔑 Key Responsibilities:* *Daily Operations & Store Management* - Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance as per Mi CHAIWALA standards. - Monitor food and beverage quality and presentation. *Team Leadership & Staff Management* - Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance. - Train and motivate team members on SOPs, customer service, and brand values. - Conduct regular briefings and feedback sessions. *Customer Experience* - Ensure excellent customer service at all times. - Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints professionally. - Build strong relationships with regular customers. *Sales & Revenue* - Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Analyze sales data and suggest strategies for improvement. - Implement promotions, offers, and upselling techniques. *Inventory & Cost Control* - Monitor stock levels and place orders as required. - Ensure zero wastage and manage cost efficiency. - Conduct regular audits of stock and cash handling. *Compliance & Reporting* - Ensure adherence to all company policies, SOPs, and hygiene protocols. - Submit daily/weekly sales reports and updates to management. - Ensure licenses, display boards, and safety standards are up-to-date.
