Job Title: Cafe Manager( Billing and Operations)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations, manage billing, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate must have hospitality experience, leadership skills, and proficiency in POS systems and financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Customer Service:
● Oversee pre-opening preparations, including training and setting up operations.
● Manage daily café operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
● Oversee inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination.
● Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
● Train and supervise staff for seamless service.
● Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, taking orders, and handling complaints professionally.
Billing & Financial Management:
● Process invoices, manage the billing system, and ensure transaction accuracy.
● Handle cash, card, and digital payments securely.
● Maintain financial records and generate daily sales reports.
Team Leadership & Marketing:
● Recruit, train, and schedule staff for optimal efficiency.
● Foster a positive, motivated work environment along with a healthy work-life balance.
● Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
Additional Responsibilities:
● Coordinate with delivery platforms and manage online orders efficiently.
● Maintain equipment and ensure timely servicing and repairs.
● Interact with customers and take orders.
● Take part in promoting the café.
● Be willing to work rotational shifts and be available on weekends.
● Implement marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain regular customers.
Requirements:
● Experience as a Café Manager or similar role.
● Proficiency in POS systems, billing, and financial transactions.
● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
● Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
● Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
● Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software.
● Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
