Our company provides outsourced CFO services to small and medium-sized businesses in India. We offer a range of financial management services, including financial planning and analysis (FP&A), cash flow management, financial reporting, budgeting, and management information systems (MIS). We are looking for a Manager to join our team and help us deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Location: Delhi

Company: CFO Services LLP, part of ATMS Group – a 25+ year-old financial services firm with 180+ team members across Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, and Pune

About the Role

Join our growing CFO Services team in a client-facing role that blends financial planning and analysis (FP&A), MIS reporting, and financial advisory. You’ll lead projects, work closely with clients, and deliver high-impact financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead analyst teams and manage client deliverables *
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and MIS *
• Analyze financial data to support decision-making *
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations *
• Present reports and recommendations to clients *
• Drive process improvements and collaborate cross-functionally
• Basic understanding of Income Tax and GST regulations & Tally *
• Experience in internal audit will be considered an added advantage

Required Skills

• Strong analytical and communication skills *
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and compliance *
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Tally

Good to Have

• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, or SAP
• Prior team management experience
• Hands-on financial modelling and dashboard creation
